TYPES OF HERBAL MEDICINE

COMPRESS-a cloth soaked in an herbal infusion & pressed over a wound. Chamomile, eyebright, devils claw
DECOCTION-a hot or cold drink made by boiling twigs & roots, echinecea, couchgrass, bearberry
INFUSION-a hot or cold drink made from leaves & flowers of herbs, ginseng, nettle, clove, feverfew
OINTMENT-a cream infused with the juice or oils of herbs, lavender, calendula, roses, st. johns wort
POULTICE-a bag of herbs that is pressed over the affected area, sage, borage, plantain, marshmallow
SYRUP-a decoction or infusion sweetened with honey or sugar, rosemary, sage, thyme, eucalyptus
TONIC-a drink that stimulates the lympatic system & blood circulation, gotu kola, ginkgo, devils claw
TEA-herbs steeped in boiling water, dandelion, vervain, skullcap, st johns wort, passion flower, lemonbalm

Dragons Blood incense

Red pouch

Love oil

Rose quartz

Sexy diety of your choice

Florida water

On a Friday night, take a bath in Florida water. Set up your altar with all the above ingredients. Call the North, South, East & West corners. Sprinkle rose petals around the candles. Place John Root, Rose quartz around the statue of your love God or Goddess. Write names on candles. Anoint candles with oil. Light incense & candles. Hold crystal. Concentrate on your wishes in a positive manner. When finished place items in bag & put them under your bed. Close your circle.
